We require a 25% of the total amount to be deposited to our own hotel bank account.
Cancellation policy
To cancel your reservation, kindly contact us via e-mail at welcome@portogalini.gr or by telephone (+30 26450-93290). Should you cancel within 21 days prior to your arrival you get back the full advanced payment. Otherwise the Hotel has the right to keep the full deposited amount.
Check In - Check Out
Check in time is after 14:00 pm.
On the day of your departure, kindly vacate your room by 12:00 noon the latest. Should you decide to keep your room longer than past 12:00 o’clock, we require a 3-hours notice prior to keep your room past 12:00 noon (maximum until 6:00pm) and a fee of 50% of the official room rate will apply.
